Marshall is a Finance & Grants Manager at the Boston Medical Center. He served as the Associate Vice President Grants and Contracts at Honor Health. He has decades of experience in education and health sectors across Sub-Saharan Africa and the United States. He holds a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from UMass Boston.
