Chiedza Juru

Founder & President

Chiedza Juru is a nonprofit leader and public policy expert with over a decade of experience in strategy, program design, grant management, financial management and policy advocacy, with a focus on education and youth development and global health. She has led large-scale programs reaching thousands of children and youth globally and has been instrumental in shaping national policies, including Zimbabwe’s National Youth Policy and legislative reforms such as the Marriages Bill, which outlawed child marriage. She has overseen and managed grant portfolios exceeding $100 million, ensuring effective stewardship and impact across multiple countries. A Harvard Kennedy School Masters in Public Administration graduate, Chartered Accountant, and founder of non-profits, Chiedza is committed to ending extreme poverty and boosting economic prosperity. Her vision focuses on empowering young people through impactful education initiatives.
