About the Event

Newly arrived immigrant college students in the U.S. face unique challenges—cultural adjustment, identity struggles, language barriers, and limited access to supportive networks. These obstacles can impact academic achievement, financial stability, career opportunities, mental wellness, and a sense of belonging.

The Annot Youth Mentorship Program is a six-month, culturally responsive initiative designed to address academic, cultural, professional, financial, and psychosocial adjustment challenges through structured mentorship, targeted workshops, and community-building experiences. The webinar will spotlight the critical role of mentorship in helping immigrant students thrive in U.S. colleges.
